De selectiecommissie heeft de businessplannen van de 5 overgebleven partijen beoordeeld volgens de Tender Guide, om te komen tot 3 kandidaten waarmee de concurrentie gerichte dialoog wordt gestart. Deze selectie is ook geaudit door een onafhankelijk notaris. Het resultaat van de selectie staat hier beneden in alfabetische volgorde: De drie partijen zijn uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan de concurrentie gerichte dialoog. Tijdens de dialoog zal ook bekend worden welke lokale partijen bij het project zullen worden betrokken. The goal was to come to 3 candidates who will join the competitive dialogue. A civil law notary has performed an independent external audit on the selection procedure. The resulting short list is stated below in alphabetical order. These three candidates are invited to participate in the competitive dialogue phase of the tender process. During the dialogue it will become known which local parties will be involved in the project. Nieuwe kandidaten: De eerste weken van de aanbesteding verlopen voorspoedig. De verschillende kandidaten hebben hun team samengesteld en maken een professionele indruk. Er is reeds een kennismakingsgesprek geweest tussen USONA en de kandidaten. Dit waren constructieve gesprekken met wederzijds begrip. BAM International B.V. en Robins & Morton Group hebben zich terug getrokken om verschillende redenen. De redenen van terugtrekking liggen buiten het ziekenhuisproject. Als vervanging zijn nr 6 en nr 7 uit de lijst van geselecteerden uitgenodigd en zij hebben de uitnodiging geaccepteerd.
Zij hebben voldaan aan de uitsluitings- en geschiktheidscriteria en hebben voldoende ervaring in de ziekenhuisbouw. New candidates Nos hospital Nobo project

The candidates have met the exclusion- and eligibility criteria and have sufficient experience in hospital construction. The selection committee has completed the prequalification phase of the tender process for the Design, Build & Maintain contract for the Nos Hospital Nobo project. According to the procedures and criteria, published in the Prequalification Document, the selection committee has assessed all 14 candidates on the long list that had submitted their expression of interest and credentials.
The resulting short list of five remaining candidates is stated here below.
These five candidates will be invited shortly to participate in the competitive dialogue phase of the tender process. The parties not selected on the short list will also be notified formally.

The first week of the tender phase is progressing well. The candidates have put together their team and give a professional impression. Meanwhile an introductory meeting took place between USONA and the candidates. These meetings were constructive and with mutual understanding.
BAM International BV and Robins & Morton Group have withdrawn for various reasons. The reasons for withdrawal are not related to the hospital project. For their replacement No. 6 and No. 7 from the list of selected applicants were invited and they have accepted the invitation.
